Pelvic + Core Training with Sherie
The first series of its kind to come to this portal, this Pelvic and Core Training with Sherie explores functional movement patterns and exercises that will strengthen and tone your pelvic floor and core.
All you will need for each section is 20 minutes, a resistance band, a Coregeous ball or small cushion, and a small area to work in. No prior experience is required and this is suitable for all levels, including post-natal exercisers.
Sherie DeDore is a Certified ACE Personal Trainer who has specialized certifications in corrective exercise, mobility training, pelvic floor and core training, and functional training, and comes to us with a lifetijme of experience in fitness.
